On Wednesday 25thJanuary, the Department of Energy and Climate Change lost its legal case at the Court of Appeal. This means the feed-in tariff remains at 43.3p for <4kW systems installed until March 3, 2012, unless DECC wins a further appeal at the Supreme Court.
