We do like to push ourselves at Caplor on the academic front but this year Louise is the winner !

Last night was Herefords prestigious awards events for the counties latest co-hort of apprentices at the courtyard theatre.

A great evening and made even more enjoyable by the key note address from Sarah Storey OBE who inspired us with her history and speech around the boxers Ali's quote that said basically you can have all the talent but if you do not push yourself and apply it then you can not succeed - Excellent !
At Caplor we aim to constantly improve ourselves and the service we offer.  This year Steve Kessler our lead installer has been developing his electrical skills, Kathy Rowney has completed further accounting qualifications, Paul Hollingsworth is on a detailed and challenging health and safety programme, myself on copmpleting one director development forum was then immediately lucky enough to be accepted at Aston University for the Goldman Sachs growth programme.  So to echoes Sarah's words last night we certainly are pushing ourselves.

But the Excellent news is last night, we were all pipped as Louise Prosser not only passed the level, she also won the Commerce Apprentice of the year award 2012. We are very proud well done Louise !
